I accept all Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans including Florida Blue PPO and BCBS IL.

If you are not in-network with BCBS PPO, Florida Blue PPO, or BCBSIL PPO, my out-of-pocket fee is $200 per session. Many insurance companies reimburse part of the out-of-pocket fee even if you do not have BCBS PPO.

Yes, I consistently keep a couple of spots available for clients that are not able to pay my full fee. Please reach out to inquire about sliding scale availability.

Yes, I offer in-person sessions at my office in downtown St. Petersburg. I also offer video sessions to all residents in the state of Florida and Illinois.

For our first session, we will discuss what led you to seek out therapy at this time and what you are hoping to gain (if you are not sure, that is normal and a great place to start and explore). This is also an opportunity to begin to develop a trusting relationship, a pillar of any effective therapy, so you are encouraged to share what works for you and what doesn't, especially if you have previous experience with therapy.

If you are a resident of Florida outside of St.Petersburg I offer telehealth sessions over video.

I am also licensed in the state of Illinois and offer telehealth therapy over video to residents of Illinois.
